Refund and Cancellation Policy

KBS Certification Services Ltd.  Learning Solutions is committed to delivering all training programs as per the published schedule. However, KBS reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the training location at its discretion due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events. The participants will be informed accordingly in a timely manner.

a) KBS Initiated Cancellations: If KBS Certification Services Ltd. (“KBS”) cancels a scheduled training session, participants will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

b) Rescheduling and Training Modifications: Training schedules are subject to change or rescheduling based on minimum attendance requirements in accordance with CQI IRCA norms, or due to unavoidable circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Insufficient enrollments
• Instructor illness
• Power outages
• Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, political instability, etc.)

In such cases, KBS shall not be held liable for any loss of time or incidental costs incurred by the participant.

c) Notification of Changes: Any changes or cancellations to the scheduled training program will be communicated to the registered participant via the email address provided at the time of registration. Notification will be sent at least one (1) day prior to the start of the course.

d) Participant-Initiated Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation requests received at least fifteen (15) days prior to the commencement of the training will be eligible for a 75% refund, or the amount may be transferred to another training session upon the candidate’s request.

• Cancellation requests received at least three (3) days prior to the commencement of the training will be eligible for a 25% refund of the total fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than three (3) days prior to the training or for non-attendance without prior notice.
• All refund amounts are exclusive of any wire transfer or bank charges, which shall be borne by the participant.

e) Duplicate Payments: Refunds for duplicate payments made by the participant will be processed via the original method of payment within thirty (30) working days from the date of formal intimation by the participant.

f) For self-paced recording trainings, the payments made are non-refundable except in case of duplicate payments made. In case of non-access of the course, the participant will reach to KBS for any difficulty and in case KBS finds it difficult to provide the access, KBS will refund the full amount.
