We undertake comprehensive tender and bid document verification in line with Bid Evaluation Criteria (BEC) or Bid Qualification Criteria (BQC) for tenders floated by leading PSUs such as BPCL, HPCL, NTPC, NPCIL, and other government organizations, ensuring complete compliance with tender requirements provided by the Bidders.

• Our scope includes detailed scrutiny of technical, commercial, and qualification criteria as per PSU tender guidelines to identify any deviations, risks, or gaps.
• We also carry out authentication and verification of documents by cross-checking with original records and/or client confirmations, covering eligibility and supporting documents such as experience certificates, work orders, completion certificates, credential documents, and statutory registrations.
• We ensure adherence to PSU-specific terms & conditions and contractual clauses.
• Additionally, Prepare technical compliance report, deviation report, or tender checklists as per PSU formats.
