Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated ZED Facilitators to support MSMEs across India under various government and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist MSMEs in implementing the ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification Scheme and related quality enhancement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate ZED certification processes for MSMEs in your assigned region
- Guide MSMEs on subsidy schemes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Conduct assessments, workshops, and field visits as per project needs
- Coordinate with local industries, government bodies, and stakeholders
- Submit timely reports, documentation, and feedback for ongoing project evaluation
- Support the implementation of quality tools and frameworks under the ZED scheme
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of industrial experience preferred
- Experience working with MSMEs on government projects, certifications, or subsidies is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language (preferred based on state/city)
Key Skills
- Knowledge of MSME sector and government schemes (especially ZED)
- Excellent coordination and documentation skills
- Ability to conduct on-ground assessments and interact with diverse stakeholders
- Report writing and communication
- Willingness to travel within assigned state/city
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
