Job Description:

Drive sales and revenue growth for ISO Certification Services across multiple industries. Build and manage strong B2B client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets. Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts effectively. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business expansion.

Generate leads through client visits, calls, emails, and networking. Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts for ISO certification services (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, etc.)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Identify new business opportunities across industries and regions
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
    Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports
  • Generate leads through client visits, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
    Strong understanding of B2B sales and corporate client handling
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in certification bodies or compliance companies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
