Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ISO certification and training services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and industry partners.
- Generate and manage leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and follow ups.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to prospective clients. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities. Client & Partner Coordination:
- Work closely with the technical, audit, and training teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Coordinate pre- and post-sales support to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Follow up with existing clients for cross-selling and up-selling certification or training services.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and certification processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in certification/training services.
