Plan audits effectively, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
Lead and represent the audit team during client communications and on-site audits. Organize, guide, and manage audit team members, ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Mentor auditors-in-training, providing feedback and direction during audits. Ensure the audit team reaches evidence-based and consistent conclusions. Manage and resolve conflicts within the audit team or with clients professionally. Prepare, finalize, and submit audit reports in a timely and accurate manner. Review audit findings and recommend certification decisions.
Deliver CQI/IRCA-approved training sessions for ISO standards.
Maintain audit documentation and ensure alignment with KBS’s quality policies and accreditation norms.
Strong understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) IRCA/CQI Lead Auditor qualification (required)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or related field Certified IRCA/CQI Lead Auditor (Mandatory)
Certification in ISO 9001; additional standards preferred (14001, 45001, etc.)
