Job Description:
- He/She will oversee the end-to-end management of certification programs, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Managing certification operations, maintaining impartiality, and ensuring adherence to ISO or other applicable standards.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation body requirements and ISO standards.
- Coordinate with accreditation bodies for audits, assessments, and corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and maintain certification procedures, manuals, and related documentation.
- Monitor implementation of impartiality and confidentiality principles.
- Supervise certification coordinators, auditors, and administrative staff.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree Preferred
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards.
- Strong understanding of accreditation processes and audit management systems.
