KBS Certification Services Limited is looking for Managers – Business Development to join our team at Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 8-15 years of sales experience, preferably in certification bodies or compliance companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts for ISO certification services (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, etc.)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Identify new business opportunities across industries and regions
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports
- Generate leads through client visits, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and corporate client handling
