Business Development Manager

Job Profile

Job Description:

Drive sales and business growth for ISO Certification and Training Services in the UAE market.

Develop and maintain strong B2B client relationships, including corporate, industrial, and government sectors.

Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to expand market reach. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development (experience in ISO Certification is preferred).
  • Prior experience working in the UAE market is a plus.
  • UAE Driving License is desirable.
